Our client in Ft. Pierce, Florida wanted a commercial steel warehouse constructed on Farmers Market Parkway that would serve several functions.

• First, they wanted space for a showroom floor to show samples of their flooring types and designs
• Second, they wanted space to showcase custom kitchen designs
• Finally, they needed office space to conduct their administrative business

Universal Steel of America (USA) designed a 4000 sq. ft. steel warehouse building that doubled as a wholesale center and not only met, but exceeded all their needs.

Our pre-engineered steel warehouse building kit was 50’ X 80’ and 16’ high, complete with insulation. It included 2 large roll-up doors so deliveries were quick and easy. It allowed for one truck to be loaded in one opening and another truck to unload in the other opening.

The client received a multi purpose modern steel storage building that was aesthetically pleasing to the eye both inside and out. Their new prefab steel warehouse was really a show gallery for contractors and designers and not so much the general public, and they couldn’t have been more pleased with the final product.

The colors chosen for the exterior of the pre-engineered steel warehouse building for Ft. Piece Florida were Polar White and Gallery Blue for the trim and eaves.
